Giuliana D’Esopo

After graduating from Suffolk University School of Law, I joined Shepard O’Donnell, where I now
manage the law firm’s bankruptcy trust claims department. During law school, I served as Lead
Articles Editor for the Journal of Health and Biomedical Law, an experience that strengthened
my commitment to advocacy and inspired my focus in protecting plaintiffs’ rights.

Why I Do What I Do
It is crucial for people faced with serious illness to know that they have an advocate to help
them navigate the difficult road ahead, and I strive to do that for each of our clients at Shepard
