Founded nearly three decades ago, Shepard O’Donnell has built a reputation for handling complex, high-stakes litigation on behalf of individuals harmed by asbestos exposure, tobacco products, institutional sexual abuse, and other catastrophic injuries. Among the firm’s most notable achievements was its role in securing a $43 million jury verdict in Summerlin v.
